5. Wine drinkers eat healthier foods and have healthier life styles. We eat more olives, fruit, vegetables, poultry, olive oil, and low-fat cheese and milk. Beer drinkers, on the other hand, tend to chose ready-cooked meals, refined sugar, cold cuts, chips, pork, sausages and soft drinks.
