The bright, cherry-raspberry inflected aspects of this wine are from the clone 115 and 777 Pinot Noir Joe Alarid grows. The 2008 Tondre Pinot Noir shows a tremendous depth of black cherry, tart red bing-cherry fruity flavors, and subtle hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
