Notes from the Winemaker: Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, clean, and features plenty of citrus notes both on the nose and pallet. We grow this Sauvignon Blanc in the Oak Knoll District and whole cluster press the fruit after hand picking. Next we take it through a cold, slow fermentation and age it in stainless steel. 1000 cases produced.
