The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The fermentation was kept cold to ensure a slow process that retains the natural fruit flavors inherent in the grapes. The wine was aged 15 months in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Easy-Drinking, with crisp fall fruit – think toast spread with homemade apple butter.
