WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Pale-straw color in the glass, this unfiltered, bone-dry Riesling opens with expressive notes of crisp green apple, pear and citrus blossom on the nose. Fruit forward on the palette, characteristics of lemon curd, grapefruit, litchi nut, and honeysuckle show through to a brilliant crisp, citrus finish. Pair this beautiful wine with sushi, shellfish, summer salads or spicy Thai dishes. 350 cases produced.
