Tasting Notes: This vintage blossoms more each month so consider picking up some more before its gone. We split half of this fruit between concrete egg and stainless steel with the remainder fermented and aged in French oak, barely perceptible in the wine's aromas of wet-stone, lime and oyster-shell. The round, glycerin finish balances the wine's vibrant mouth-watering acidity.
