Tasting Notes: Our 2012 final blend comes from three blocks in the vineyard. The backbone of the blend comes from the Saddle Block (Swan clone). The Pommard clone from the Tory’s Block has always produced excellent fruit, and the 2012 vintage was true to form. We also sourced fruit from the Pear Tree Block (667) to add complexity and spice to the blend. A complex and silky bouquet of raspberry, cola, and juicy black cherry.
