Tasting Notes: Co-fermentation of 50% Syrah, 25% Grenache and 25% Mourvedre. Ruby to the rim, aromatics meander between dried orange peel, cured sweet meats, cloves, menthol, ripe blue fruits and subtle mocha. Round mouth feel holds rich notes of ripe plums and blueberries, as the opulent fruit core opens to savory spice.
