Winemaker’s Notes: Your first impression is the brilliant gold color accenting the youth, purity and appeal of the wine. There is a slight varietal hint of fresh herbs and spice on the nose accented by the scent of pink grapefruit and a touch of dried rose petals. On the palate we are treated to a bright cacophony of lime and other fresh citrus coupled with a distinct oyster shell minerality and a touch of white peach for richness. The opulent texture of the palate carries forward to the long and layered finish accented by balanced acidity leaving you wanting for another glass.
