In such a growing season as 2012, the blending process brings unmitigated joy. Predominately Cabernet Franc, the 2012 Red Wine is a highly aromatic blend layered with warm spices and floral lavender notes. This wine has a fresh, sweet and textural mid-palette lent from our hillside Merlot, with a substantial tannin profile for the long haul.
