Notes from the Winemaker: This is our family vineyard, The “Gratitude of Five” represents the five remaining Grahams; My dad, mom, my wife and son and me. This “Single Vineyard” reserve is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 60% new French oak. Very dark, very rich with very long soft but firm tannins. Chocolate covered cherry cordials, ripe persimmon, black plums dominate its palate. Long soft elegant finish with hints of all spice and black figs.
