Notes from the Winemaker: The 2014 version of Myriad’s Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a gleaming example of a Mother Nature’s benevolence collaborated with dialed & detailed winemaking. Mouthwatering aromas of ripe blueberries interlaced candied lavender and hints of dark cocoa powder greet the nose. A briary fruit core is surrounded by powerful dark spices, along with a dense and plush mid palate that is framed by a buttress of fine tannin. Notes of cardamom, crème de cassis, blackcurrants seamlessly stream throughout. Aged in 100% new French oak this wine is deeply voluptuous, opulently textured and seals the deal with a grand slam sailing finish. Not in the least bit shy, enjoy this wine over the next 3-10 years
