Notes from the Winemaker: Black cherry in color with garnet hues. These 60 year old head trained vines produced an elegant and approachable yet powerful zinfandel with strawberry & rhubarb on the nose and a black cherry earthiness on the palate. The tannins are well integrated allowing for a finish that lingers and excites.
