Notes from the Winemaker: This classic Coombsville showstopper has lush aromas of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of a bbq meat quality. Rich and full bodied, flavors of cherry and chocolate linger on the mid-palate with velvety fine grained tannins and a long-lasting finish. Pair this Cabernet with short ribs with pureed potatoes infused with horseradish.
