Tasting Notes: This vintage of Platiné Blanc is full and rich with aromatics of floral apple blossom, ripe Meyer lemon, and fresh tarragon. It has a very complex mid-palate flavor profile with a core of stone fruits and Asian apple pear along with creamy tropical fruit. A clean river stone minerality is clear throughout working with layers of oats, fig, and maple to the fluent finish.
