Willaim Ferve Champs Roy Chablis 2015

Tasting Notes: Fèvre's Champs Royaux Chablis is produced from purchased grapes (as opposed to the Domaine-designated bottlings). Pale yellow, light-to-medium-bodied, racy and sleek, it delivers lime zest, nectarine, floral and chalky aromas. The flavors are citrus and mineral-dominated, holding solid in the middle and persisting throughout a medium-length finish. Although this wine sees a modest amount of oak during vinification, it is very subtle in the finished product and does not detract from its purity and freshness.
