Notes from the Winemaker: This beautifully blended 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitely balanced with excellent fruit concentration. On the nose, this wine delivers richness with cassis, black cherries, mixed berry compote, cola, crushed violets, and a touch of licorice. The palate offers plush tannins, fresh red plums, vanillin, clove and baking spices with a mineral-driven finish that is elegant yet well structured.
