Center of Effort Chard 2014

Tasting Notes Chardonnay shows a richness of citrus and stone fruit. Juicy lime flavors are augmented by ripe white peach and a balanced impression of sweetness on the palate. We work with specific French coopers to refine our barrel selection, adopting toasting techniques and forest sources which align well with our wines and cellar techniques. Native yeast fermentation and a 20-month élevage in our cool cellar serve to refine the creamy and complex texture.
