Notes from the Winemaker: Black/purple in color, a nose of black currant bathed in vanilla cream, clearly a wine of structure red and line, beautifully delineated, focused with and influence far beyond its meagre appellations. Coaxing of tapenade, garrigue herbs, blackberry, blueberry and cherry flavors. In Extremis has power grace with super fine tannin. It will support a very long life.
