Notes from the Winemaker: Our 2017 The First Date is golden in color and deep in the nose for sure. Exotic and as flamboyant as a wine can be. Lemon / lime with a ginger, pineapple, mango, honey, lanoline, and beeswax. The flavors of this absolutely full-bodied white go from roasted nuts, allspice, ginger cookies to peaches, apricots and freshly cut Honeycrisp apples.
