Notes from the Winemaker:Complex and utterly unique. Marzipan, almond slivers and nice round fruit with a ribbon of acidity. My guests marveled at this and even had a hard time accepting it was Chardonnay. Very complex and diverse flavor profile. A conversation stopper as people wanted to know more about this wine. Excellent!
