Notes from the Winemaker: Opening with notes of vanilla custard, slate, and lemon peel on the nose, our Califa Chardonnay is inviting from the start. Buttery and luscious on the palate with warm notes of baking spices, red apple, and Bartlett pear balanced by a fresh acidity on the long finish.
