The newly fermented wine was placed into small French Oak barrels with 75% being new and 25% being once-used white French Oak barrels. Now it is showing a lot of Pinot Noir well as interesting fresh raspberry, cola and cherry notes. Sleek and aromatic I love to try this wine with 10-15 years of bottle age
