Notes from the Winemaker With a pale straw hue and enticing aromas of apricot and lemon zest, the 2019 Shiloh Hill is delightfully crisp with a nice full palate. Flavors of lemon custard, toasted macadamia nuts, and a subtle minerality beautifully showcase the balance of this wine that concludes with a creamy finish.
