Notes from the Winemaker: Our Version of the classic dessert wine is a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Zinfandel, fortified mid-fermentation with Germain Robin brandy. The results elixir will coat your palate with deliciousness and will warm your soul as it warms your throat with flavors of baked cherries, brown sugar and cocoa.
