2008 Manookian Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

We explore the highest quality grapes to bring flavors of old and new, bold but subtle, simple yet complex. Originating from the Eastern Howell Mountains (Inkgrade Vineyard), the grapes used to produce our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon convey this careful balance. High elevation, iron rich volcanic soil, and a cool micro-climate result in small berries with deeply structured spicy notes and robust tannins.
